Reservations Policies Cancellations, Deposits and Refunds
Please read our reservation and cancellation policies carefully. When you make a reservation with us we are committed to holding that exact number of seats for you on a particular date. With this in mind, please understand that it is necessary for us to strictly adhere to the following policies. Please make sure that everyone in your party is aware of these policies.

Deposits
In order to make a reservation we require a deposit of half your trip cost and the remaining balance will be due in full ten days before your trip date. Trips booked ten days or less before the trip date will require payment in full at time of reservation. We accept Master Card, Visa or Discover. You may also mail us a check if you book early enough for the check to clear ahead of your trip date.

Cancellations
Rafting Trips
We will only refund payment if cancellations are received at
least ten days prior to your trip date. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged. Any change to your reservation after initial booking is also subject to a $10 processing fee each time you make a change. You may cancel your reservation ten days or more before your scheduled trip date and receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than ten days before the trip date will not receive a refund . If booking less than ten days before your trip date you are already within the no refund period. Failure to arrive at your scheduled trip time will constitute a cancellation and no refunds will be paid. We go rafting rain or shine. No refunds will be paid due to rain the day of your trip.

Nantahala Lodging Reservations
Bunkhouse reservations must be cancelled
30 days ahead of your reserved dates in order to receive a refund.

Rolling Thunder River Company reserves the right to alter or cancel any trip
without notice due to conditions beyond our control.
