Reservations, Cancellations and Refunds

Because many of our trips are booked well in advance, we recommend that you call early to reserve your space -particularly for trips during the summer months. However, if it’s possible, we will be happy to fit you in on short notice.

To make your reservation call us at 800-408-7238. A live, friendly person will be glad to help you with your reservation. Prepayment is required to guarantee your trip. We accept Master Card, Visa or Discover. You can also mail a check if time permits. We will send you a confirmation by email unless you request otherwise. For a full refund of any trip payment, you must cancel your reservation ten days prior to your trip date.

Our rafting trips go out rain or shine.



Waiver and Release of Liability

Rolling Thunder is one of the most experienced outfitters in the Southeast and we have an outstanding safety record. While we make every effort to run memorable and enjoyable trips, there are inherent risks in any whitewater activity. Rolling Thunder does not assume liability for personal injuries or death resulting from participation in any rafting trip. All participants are required to read and sign a liability release form prior to going on a rafting trip. Anyone under 18 years of age not accompanied by their parent will be required to bring a waiver of liability signed by their parent or guardian in order to participate in a rafting trip.
