Groups Reservations

• Select any reserve now or book now button on the website to choose the river and trip time you want, the date, and number of rafters you expect to have on your trip and find out if we have the space available.
• Please read our Terms and Conditions regarding cancellations, deposits and refunds before you make your reservation.
• Be sure all members of your group understand the cancellation and deposit policies.
• If no availability is showing for the date and trip you want to book, contact us and we may be able to make special arrangements for your group. We will at least try to make it work if at all possible.

2. Group Organizer Responsibility

• Be sure each member of your group is informed about the trip details including cancellation policy, driving directions and waiver of liability. All of this information is on our website for your convenience. Please make sure each member of your group signs and submits their online waiver of liability prior to their trip date.
